TERMS & CONDITIONS
Effective Date: August 19th, 2026
Last Updated: August 19th, 2026
Welcome to Section 105 LLC. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Section 105 website and the permit coordination and related services provided by Section 105 LLC. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Our Services
Section 105 LLC provides permit preparation, coordination, submittal support, application tracking, communication with permitting authorities, correction and resubmittal coordination, and related permit support services.
The specific services provided for each project will be identified in the applicable estimate, proposal, invoice, service agreement, or other written scope of work.
2. Estimates & Project-Specific Pricing
Prices displayed on our website, if any, are starting or base prices and are provided for general reference.
Final service fees may vary based on factors including project type, scope, complexity, jurisdiction, permitting requirements, number of review cycles, and the level of coordination required.
Section 105 may provide a project-specific estimate or proposal after reviewing the client's project information. Additional services outside the agreed scope may require additional fees.
3. Government & Third-Party Fees
Unless specifically stated otherwise in writing, Section 105 service fees do not include permit fees, plan review fees, impact fees, utility fees, inspection fees, architectural or engineering fees, consultant fees, printing costs, courier costs, or other government or third-party charges.
The client is responsible for these costs.
4. Permit Approval & Processing Times
Section 105 assists clients with navigating the permitting process but does not control or guarantee permit approval, review times, processing times, inspection results, or decisions made by permitting authorities or other agencies.
Processing times and requirements vary by jurisdiction and may change during the course of a project.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely project information and documents.
The client is also responsible for obtaining any required architectural, engineering, surveying, contractor, owner, or other professional documentation unless those services are specifically included in Section 105's written scope.
Delays resulting from missing information, incomplete documents, client decisions, third-party consultants, or governmental review may affect the project schedule.
6. Corrections & Resubmittals
Permit authorities may issue comments or require revisions during plan review.
Section 105 may coordinate comments, revisions, and resubmittals as included in the project's agreed scope. Work resulting from substantial design changes, additional review cycles, expanded project scope, or requirements not reasonably anticipated at the beginning of the project may be considered additional services.
7. Payments
Payment terms will be identified in the applicable estimate, proposal, invoice, or service agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is required according to the terms stated on the applicable invoice or proposal.
Section 105 reserves the right to pause services on accounts with past-due balances or other billing or payment issues.
8. Changes in Project Scope
If the project scope changes after services begin, Section 105 may revise the service fee or provide an additional estimate before performing work outside the original scope.
This is particularly important with your new Residential, Commercial, Multifamily, and Trade base-price structure because it makes clear that the initial price isn't necessarily the final price for every project.
9. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are subject to the Section 105 Refund Policy.
Fees for services already performed may be non-refundable. Government fees and third-party costs paid on behalf of a client may also be non-refundable where those amounts cannot be recovered.
10. Electronic Communications
By submitting an inquiry, creating an account, requesting an estimate, or engaging Section 105 services, you consent to receiving communications related to your project by email, telephone, or other contact methods you provide.
11. Intellectual Property
The Section 105 name, logo, website design, written content, graphics, and other original materials appearing on this website are owned by or licensed to Section 105 LLC and may not be reproduced or used without authorization.
Client-provided project documents remain subject to the ownership and licensing rights of their respective owners and design professionals.
12. Website Information
Section 105 makes reasonable efforts to keep information on this website accurate and current. However, permitting requirements, codes, procedures, fees, and agency requirements may change.
Website information is provided for general informational purposes and should not be considered a guarantee that a particular requirement applies to a specific project.
13. Legal Disclaimer & Limitation of Services
Information provided by Section 105 LLC through this website is intended for general informational purposes and may not reflect the requirements applicable to every project or jurisdiction. Codes, ordinances, policies, procedures, fees, and permitting requirements may vary by jurisdiction and are subject to change.

Section 105 provides permit coordination and administrative support services. Unless expressly included in a written agreement and provided by an appropriately qualified or licensed professional, Section 105 does not provide architectural, engineering, surveying, legal, contracting, or other licensed professional services.

Section 105 does not issue permits and does not control the decisions, requirements, interpretations, processing times, inspections, or actions of authorities having jurisdiction (AHJs), governmental agencies, utilities, or other third parties. Permit approval, review timelines, inspection results, and other governmental decisions cannot be guaranteed.

Use of this website, submission of an inquiry, or participation in a free consultation does not, by itself, establish a client relationship. A service relationship begins only when Section 105 accepts the project and any required proposal, agreement, authorization, or payment requirements have been completed.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Section 105 LLC will not be responsible for delays, additional costs, lost opportunities, construction delays, agency decisions, code changes, third-party actions, or other circumstances outside Section 105's reasonable control.
Any additional limitations applicable to a specific project may be stated in the client's service agreement.
15. Changes to These Terms
Section 105 may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
16. Veteran Discount
In appreciation of those who have served, Section 105 LLC proudly offers a 10% discount on eligible professional services to U.S. military veterans.
The veteran discount applies only to qualifying Section 105 professional service fees and does not apply to government or agency fees, permit fees, plan review fees, third-party costs, consultant fees, reimbursable expenses, or other charges not directly provided by Section 105.
Eligibility may be subject to reasonable verification. The discount must be requested before final invoicing and may not be combined with other discounts or promotional offers unless expressly approved by Section 105 in writing.
Section 105 reserves the right to determine which services are eligible for the veteran discount.
