I'm the owner of Section 105, LLC.
I started Section 105 to bridge the gap between property owners, contractors, design professionals and the AHJ permitting process. My goal is simple: take the stress out of permitting so you can stay focused on building your vision.
For nearly 10 years, I worked on the jurisdiction side of the permitting process, coordinating permits and projects, reviewing plans, and conducting some field inspections—experience that now helps me guide clients through the process with greater clarity and confidence.
During this time, I built many great relationships with the local development community - being their "go-to" for help with projects and permitting.
I intend to continue being this reliable point of contact, your trusted project partner, as I always have been.

WHY SECTION 105?
The name Section 105 is inspired by the International Building Code, where Section 105 addresses permits and when they are required. As a widely recognized starting point in the permitting process, it represents exactly where our work begins—helping clients understand requirements and navigate the path toward permit issuance.
